You can use something like GrabKick from Aminet to suck your ROMs to a file.
There are lots of ADF utils on Aminet too, some of them are not very good
about
verifying operations, I like TransADF and TransADFGUI - this handles reading
ADFs
and writing them to disk too.

Just thought, a quick note about grabbing ROMs, if you use a kickstart
remapper on your
Amiga, make sure this is inactive when you grab the ROMs or you'll probably
get a file
version of the remapped area with any patches you have installed too, rather
than the ROMs.

I assume the need for an ADF image is just to get the file across to PC, you
could e-mail it
to your PC or transfer it with whatever other methods you usually use as
well.
